I felt I had to let you know of my experience with your company.  Initially I made a real "hash" of making my order over the internet, but having spoken to one of your employees I was told of this.  On Monday I re-ordered my patio set with a vague hope of receiving it before the bank holiday weekend.  I telephoned to make sure I had done it correctly this time and a lovely lady and I had a good laugh about me being a "dumb blond".  The following day a very pleasant gentleman telephoned me to say my order was ready for despatch and would be with me some time on Wednesday (if this was not convenient and another day would be better I was to let him know!)  Such service.  I was very happy to take a day off work to wait for my furniture and I didn't have to wait too long.  By lunchtime a very pleasant delivery driver dropped off my very, very nice patio set.  Among the paperwork there was a handwritten note from "Ben" with a telephone number to contact him should I have any problems.  Said furniture is now put together and gracing my patio - I have never, ever known such superb service and friendly staff.  Please pass on my thanks to all concerned.
