just wanted to feedback to you how easy I found your site. I live in
Australia and my mum really wanted an Acer which I found on your site. It is

Having spent most of last weekend trawling the likes of B&Q,
Homebase, FocusDIY and IKEA to gain inspiration for the best
Christmas tree for our new office, whilst googling on Monday, I hit
upon your website and found the perfect tree - black, 6ft, fibre
optic and not only that, 25% off with pocket change delivery
charges. I wasted no time in ordering the tree, which also came
with 20 free lights! I then went back and read the delivery times
(after ordering) and was slightly concerned to read that orders
would be delivered between 2 and 15 days from order. I had visions
of the tree arriving as we were shutting up shop for Christmas. I
hope therefore that you can appreciate my delight when, less than 48
hours from ordering, our handsome, 6ft, black, fibre optic tree
(plus free lights) arrived, in plenty of time to be set up this
weekend. Not only was it superbly packed, but extremely easy to
erect. Somewhat sad that it has to go back in the box until the
weekend.
So I just wanted to say, on behalf of the Company, a big thank for
solving our Christmas tree dilemma, for an excellent product and
equally excellent service - I will email a photograph to you once we
have put it up and had the grand switching on ceremony!

Many thanks for the rapid delivery of my order which arrived today.
I've tested both trees and they both function well.
I've a couple of what I hope are constructive comments:
(a) The manufacturer must have a shortage of cardboard for packaging! Both
trees had to have their tops bent to fit in their boxes. Just a couple of
inches more cardboard would have allowed them to remain straight.
(b) One 'foot' on the base of the 1.2m tree was broken. Though unsightly,
the level of the base is not affected and I could glue the two parts for a
slightly better appearance. But if you do happen to have a spare foot (of
the Christmas tree kind, of course!) 'about your personage', perhaps you
would be kind enough to send me a replacement.
As the packaging is somewhat flimsy cardboard, either padding the base unit
and foot of the larger tree or removing the feet before dispatch might
prevent others suffering the same fate. No doubt the latter would require
more customer instructions though and another plastic bag to contain the
feet and screws.
