1. ON-LINE SHOP DELIVERY CHARGES

THERE IS ONLY ONE "CONTRIBUTION TO DELIVERY" CHARGE PER ORDER.  All orders placed in our on-line shop (by using the "Add to Cart" buttons on this website) will be delivered to mainland England and Wales for a standard charge, which is added at the "Checkout" page. 

THE CURRENT CHARGE TO MAINLAND ENGLAND AND WALES IS ONLY £5.00 PLUS V.A.T, WHICH IS MUCH LESS THAN IT COSTS US!!!  (CERTAIN BULKY OR HEAVY PRODUCTS - SUCH AS PARASOL BASES OR SOME GREENHOUSES - ARE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE - THIS IS SPECIFIED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE).

NON MAINLAND AND SCOTLAND Our carrier makes an additional charge for delivering to non mainland England and Scotland. Delivery to these areas is by individual quotation from our carrier for the specific items you have selected which we will confirm via email or telephone before processing your order. The MINIMUM charge is set out the drop down options in our checkout pages. You will have to pay any additional charges before dispatch if you wish to proceed with your order.

DELIVERY WILL USUALLY BE MADE WITHIN 2-10 WORKING DAYS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.  PLANTS CAN TAKE UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS.  Deliveries may take longer during exceptionally busy periods.  Please e-mail sales or telephone Keith or Gavin on 01535 274653 if you need a firm delivery date (Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm).

2. GARDEN CENTRE DELIVERY CHARGES USING OUR OWN DELIVERY VEHICLES

All products on sale in our garden centres can be delivered within 30 miles of our stores using our own transport.  Please telephone for charges. DELIVERY WILL USUALLY BE MADE WITHIN 2-5 WORKING DAYS.
