If you have a griddle on your barbecue, you can turn it over to display a flat surface which is ideal for frying eggs.

This stylish wooden trolley is made from certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) wood which guarantees it is supplied from monitored and approved well managed forests. The 2 side shelves give you much more preparation space when you are cooking. Often we say place raw meat on one shelf and cooked on the other.
