We guarantee the FREE replacement or credit of any container grown hardy plant which dies within one year, providing it has received reasonable care. Plants bought at our garden centres must be returned to our store within one year with your original Stephen H. Smith till receipt. If you have bought plants from our website, send a photograph of the plant within one year and with your website order reference number so that we can determine the cause of the problem. Plants will not be replaced in cases where our "how to plant" instructions have not been followed. You will be charged for delivery on replacement plants.
