surprising number don't even provide you with a telephone number. We do
and we would love you to telephone or visit in person... which we think makes us different!

You can buy some items directly from our website for delivery to your home.
The shopping process works just like walking around our garden centre pushing
one of our shopping carts or trolleys.
If you want to buy something - you
add it to your cart. You can add as few or as many items to your cart as
you wish. When you have finished shopping, you take the cart to the
checkout and pay - just like you would in our real garden centres.

Click the picture or text of
any department or product for further information. If an item is available to buy directly from our website, there will be text
or a button next to the product saying
BUY or
ADD TO CART.
You simply click the text/button to place the item in your shopping cart
(you can't buy an item in this way if there is no Add to Cart text).

| Viewing the contents of your shopping cart | |

You can see what is in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the
View Shopping Cart/Basket button at the top right of the screen. If you have added something to your cart that you don't
want to buy - you can remove it by clicking the red check box next
to the item.

If you are new to on-line shopping please feel free to try ours out without
buying anything - YOU WON'T DAMAGE OUR WEBSITE OR YOUR COMPUTER! You can add as many items as you like to your
shopping cart, practice deleting them and then add something else. No order is placed
and no payment requested until you go to the on-line Checkout. You can
abandon your shopping cart at any time - even on the checkout page. Simply
go to a different website or quit the internet .

When you have finished
shopping and want to pay, if you are not looking at your shopping cart page
- click the Shopping Cart
button at the top right of the screen. Your shopping cart will be
displayed. YOU MUST FIRST CHOOSE A DELIVERY METHOD (different rates
may apply to
different products) then click the Checkout
button at the bottom.

You will be asked for your delivery address and card
details for payment - we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SWITCH, AMERICAN EXPRESS
or DINERS CLUB cards for
on-line and telephone orders.
 All card transactions are processed on our SECURE SERVER which uses the 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol for your protection - this means all your transactions are encrypted and fully secure.

| When will your card be charged? | |

MANY WEBSITES TAKE PAYMENT FROM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AUTOMATICALLY AND
IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU CLICK THE CHECKOUT PAGE. WE DON'T! We
never take any payment from you until your order is READY FOR DISPATCH - usually
within 2 working days. If an item has a longer delivery specified, we
won't charge your card until the item is dispatched.
